Registrations methods:
- Online registration: You start by registering your vehicle and account on the official MYTO portal. You will need to upload your company details and vehicle registration documents
- Contact Points: These are located in regional capitals (e.g., Bratislava, Košice, Žilina). They handle both Pre-paid and Post-paid contracts and provide full customer service.
- Distribution Points (Most commonly used): These are specifically marked counters located at major gas stations and border crossings (e.g., Brodské, Jarovce, Čunovo). These points are ideal for "Pre-paid" users.
On-board unit (OBU):
- Pick up or delivery can be arranged in the registration progress of the web portal
- Will be provided directly at the distribution points
Note: A security deposit (usually 50€) is required.
