If you are driving a heavy vehicle, almost every major road is tolled.
As of 2026, the network covers over 8,300 km:
All Motorways (D): D1, D2, D3, and D4.
All Expressways (R): R1, R2, R3, R4, R6, R7.
Most 1st Class Roads (Cesta I. triedy): These are the main national roads (e.g., Road 18, Road 61).
Selected 2nd & 3rd Class Roads: Primarily in areas where heavy transit traffic needs to be monitored.
New 2026 Sections Added to MYTO:
R2 Expressway: Kriváň – Mýtna.
D1 Motorway: Lietavská Lúčka – Dubná Skala (including the Višňové Tunnel).
D1 Motorway: Hubová – Ivachnová (including the Čebrať Tunnel).
