You can cancel your order of the Slovak e-vignette only as long as it hasn’t been entered into the official Slovak toll system yet. In case you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team immediately.
If the e-vignette has already been entered in the official system, a refund (of the e-vignette) can only be issued by the Slovak National Motorway Company.
