The validity of the Slovak e-vignette counts for 1 day, 10 days, 30 days, or 1 year. You can select the period in the ordering process. The validity always ends at midnight (CET) on the last day of the purchased period.
The validation period of a currently activated e-vignette can be found on the payment receipt or checked here.
